This is a good deal.  If you own and occupy a residence for two years, you can sell it tax- free.  Period.  AND you can do the same thing every two years, again and again.  Sound too good to be true?  We wonder when Congress will think so and plug the leak, but for now it’s one of the best tax deals out there.
